Frank and the guys are great. My split unit wasn’t blowing cool air and the guys were able to complete a freon refill and clean the outside units. They worked quickly to address the problem and answered my million questions. They were also fair in terms of pricing.

I initially gave Malik and Frank 4 stars, but I need to revise that. While they were courteous, the actual work has been problematic. Started with a $500 recharge for a Schrader valve leak — that part was fair. But the system continued underperforming (only 65°F instead of 50-55°F). They came back, charged another $600 to replace the piston and filter drier for a total of $1100. System worked poorly for 2 weeks, then completely stopped cooling. Malik and frank did a great job replacing the water boiler, I had a leak caused by the boiler, once I contacted them they came right away diagnosed the problem, removed the old boiler and replaced it with the new one, the whole process was fast in less than an hour everything was replaced and even cleaned out the working space. Highly recommend. Satisfied customer thank you guys on the great job done.

I’ll give credit where it’s due: Frank and Malek showed up same day during a busy season, which I genuinely appreciated. The technicians were responsive and seemed confident. The first visit they claimed they fixed the leak and charged me money. Within 24 hours, the system was out of refrigerant (again). When they returned, they finally identified a leak at the compressor. At that point, I also learned they aren’t Fujitsu-certified — meaning they couldn’t order parts or perform warranty repairs even if they wanted to. This ... read more
