I recently had the privilege of working with Steve and Lori to do a mold assessment for us. Steve is incredibly kind and knowledgable and has been great to work with. Lori was also tremendously helpful in terms of scheduling and answering any questions that I had. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!
We cannot recommend this company enough. Steve and his wife went beyond, and they were extremely gracious and thorough. They made a very stressful situation feel safe, and they offered several options based upon my budget with an explanation and cost/benefit analysis. Meetings with Steve were very informative, and he cares about his clients and will educate you on making the best decision for your specific situation as well as best practices to use in your future.
Jason came out to check a room in our house for energy/ventilation problems. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me pictures he'd taken while in the attic and explained the issue in a way I could easily understand.
