Everything was down to the studs, paid $1000 to have them do the pre-plumbing. They knew ½" drywall was being used, and also had the shower fixtures and tile that was being used. Yet the guy made the connections WAY too short ! (over an inch too short !) His solution for me, was to cut THREE 6" x 6" holes thru the wall (that were already waterproofed !) and shim out the plumbing by an inch.. We had a service call on a really cold day as our furnace stopped blowing hot air. The tech was thorough and made sure he checked everything, along with giving advice for future ways to avoid the same issue. Highly recommend!
Service was excellent! Needed a furnace replacement right before Christmas during a cold snap. The guys who did the work were amazing. They were efficient, tidy, and explained everything I needed to know. Also, they ensured all the warranty paperwork was done for me. Will definitely use these guys again In the future.
I have used Indoor Elements 2x in the past few months and both Luc and Dan were excellent to work with. I'd highly recommend them.
