Had Indoor Elements replace my elderly mother's water heater in her home. They did it right away for her and they were very polite and courteous to her. They laid down blankets throughout to keep her carpet clean and took the old water heater away and cleaned up after themselves. The price was the lowest from all my other quotes. Amazing service, amazing price....highly recommend them!

Indoor elements team installed a new furnace and air conditioner they were all very efficient, courteous, they explained everything in a manner that made sense, they were professional yet took time to be friendly and kind unlike other service companies in Grande Prairie. My furnace blower went, tried contacting other companies with no luck. Left a message on the weekend, had the tech there on Monday and replacement part installed in the same afternoon. The tech Daniel was super helpful and friendly, went over the job plus future maintenance on my furnace and A/C.

Joey came by on a last minute service call for our hot water tank. We had a hard time finding a technician last minute on a Sunday but he had it back up and running within an hour of our initial call. Prices are reasonable, service is quick! Would definitely recommend.
