Review of an experience from a few years ago I never got around to posting. AC was broken. Tech came by. Checked the HVAC levels, said the AC was too big for our house and we needed to replace it. No actual cause of fault was actually given, just was told to spend $3-4000 on a new unit because mine was too big for my house. This in no way explained why it was not running. Phenomenal experience with this company. They initially installed my furnace last year and the service was great and the furnace has had no issues. However there was an oversight on install that raised a red flag on my property inspection. We contacted the office explained our situation and they took accountability for their mistake. They came the same day and corrected their mistake. They were very apologetic, professional and didn’t charge me anything. Mistakes happen it’s all in how you fix them.
