Stay away from this incompetent company!!!!!! A little over two years ago I had a new house built and ICS was the HVAC contractor. I had an issue with the blower motor right after the installation and they came out and installed a new blower assembly. Now a little over two years of being in service the motor mount on the blower broke. I bought and installed a new blower unit because the blower wheel looked questionable. They dont stand by their work! We purchased several units from I.C.S. when we built our office. From the very first day we turned them on they`didnt work. Everytime the came out to fix it they told me they found nothing wrong. I finally paid for another opinion. Our heat pump has been leaking for 2 years! I called the owner of ICS to see if they were going to make this right since we had problems from the very first day, I was told it wasnt there problem! INDOOR COMFORT SYSTEMS MY HEAT PUMP FAILED AT 5 1/2 YEARS AND IT COST ME $9100.00 TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS.

homeowner I had my home remodeled and ICS was the gas piping contractor. They left my line open! and when discovered, capped that, and then after I complained of unusually high gas consumption for 6 months they came back and said there was a "significant leak " in my old line. My question is "Why are they not checking their work?????? This is a gas line we are talking about! You can't just say " oh it's not my job because it was an existing line! NEVER AGAIN! If I find anything else I will sue them!
