oh my gosh Indoor Comfort came to our rescue! our heater was deemed unusable so we had to get a new one. Marty was recommended by others on Next door App - I reached out and with in a week we had a brand new heater and today we woke up to a nice warm morning for the 1st time this fall/winter Marty and Hector were great to work with and got everything done with minimal disturbance to our 4 month old kittens highly recommend
The team at indoor comfort store definitely know their stuff when it comes to air conditioning. Highly recommend for their top-notch service and expertise!
UPDATE: Since the installation of our new AC system, tenants have reported incidence of the unit not cooling. When I reached out to have this repaired under this merchant's 1 year warranty, the issue was not resolved. Communication was poor, and I felt as if I was being ignored and/or blown off. Fast forward to today, another year later, the issue still persists. My attempts to reach this vendor have been unsuccessful so far for the past two days. Rip off! I was charged $328 for cleaning just *one* filter and open the electric panel to switch a level on. Marty didn't fix the broken unit for which I called in the first place. The day after, the broken unit was still giving the blinking light, and he failed to return or provide an invoice. I'm reporting this for tax evasion concerns too. Untrustworthy service. cannot express how happy I am that I found Marty. He was quick, efficient, very detailed in explaining what the issue was and how he fixed it. We had a different company come and take a look - they provided an invoice for almost $4,000. Marty saved us thousands of dollars by only fixing what was needed and not trying to upsell/upcharge items that weren't needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marty of Indoor Comfort Store and will be doing so to any friends and family that might need his services.
