ndoor Air installed new HVAC components a few years ago. The system itself is quite satisfactory. However it took me a very long time to realize that the company did NOT reconnect my whole house humidifier, and simply left a ball of loose wires under the new unit. When I finally contacted the company, they sent at no charge a technician out to reconnect the device, and it worked.
