I could tell immediately that Sean was very knowledgable and put a lot of care into his work, something you want from people working on your home. Literally no complaints and highly recommend. Had a residential HVAC zone in my house with what turned out to be a combination of major raccoon damage to the ducts as well as sloppy install work, both leading to unwanted humidity in our house. After some black felt shred began flying out of our air ducts, our landlord contacted Aeroseal on our behalf. Sean was able to come by immediately to investigate the situation, and confirmed that some insulation from the ducts had come loose and got shredded throughout the ductwork. He made it a priority to come the next day and get everything fixed and cleaned immediately. We rent an old house that is not very updated and had outrageous electric bills ($300+). We also had an odd musty smell that would come out of the vents when the A/C would come on.
