While Curtis seemed friendly and asked if I had questions he seemed to be confused or annoyed with my questions. I’d prefer not ask me if I have questions if not genuinely asking based on the reaction. Also. When he got here I gave him a quick orientation of where my thermostat is, exterior heat pump, and interior furnace. He never said he didn’t need to check something such as my heat pump but quickly left right after checking my furnace.
