If i could give them a negative star i would. A technician came out to diagnosed 1 unit. They billed me 294.98 for time spent taking pictures, discussing how to get the unit in the backyard and estimate. Now this explains why he was dragging out his time . I literally walked up the attic stairs and saw him just sitting. I am a senior citizens and companies like this who take advantage of old people has a special place when their deeds are judged. Replaced AC compressor unit, good job
Whenever I have a problem with my air conditioning (or plumbing, or my whole house filtration system) I always call Indoor Air. They always show up on time and make a point to keep the work space clean while doing the work and when the job is done. And since I’m old school, they’re more than happy to provide an itemized statement and accept my check in the mail. I’ve used Indoor Air, Inc. for years and have no plans to do otherwise.
Indoor Air has been our go to for our air-condition needs for years. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price-as good as any customer should expect.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
