Have been coming here for threading for a long time but service is going downhill super fast so I won't be coming back. I came in today for full face threading (which is 30$) but during the threading Im asked if I wanted neck done.. I figured she wouldn't ask me if its not included or if its extra she'll let me know so I tell her sure if you think I need it? She goes ahead and threads my neck area too and when its time to pay I'm quoted $35... I asked why and they tell me neck is extra $5 but why not tell me that before hand... read more
We were taken care of by Gagan today and we had a really good experience. 1. My brows were overgrown and yet the experience of brow threading was clean, pain free and the work was done so well. 2. My 3 year old’s haircut was the best experience. Gagan took time to understand what we were looking for to be done. She made some suggestions per her expertise as well and she was so patient working with a toddler. No professionalism. I went there for threading and ended up having cuts around my brows
Very Disappointing Experience Took my daughter (under 6) for a haircut and asked specifically for a long bob hair cut. Unfortunately, the staff clearly didn’t know what that was and ended up doing a basic straight cut instead. On top of that, they charged an overpriced rate for a child’s haircut, which was completely unjustified given the poor service and lack of skill. Would not recommend this salon especially for kids' haircuts.
Owner becomes good of mine and then solid good haircut in the end. Owner is Cool guy.
