Everyone is so lovely and helpful! They really encourage you to create with individuality! You have an idea and they try their best to help you make it. It’s such a unique place and Cairns is so lucky to have them!
Loved my time at Indivijewel. All of the pieces were beautiful, but what I enjoyed the most was creating my own bracelet for only $53! Was so fun, the ladies were so patient & helpful and I got to create a beautiful piece. Highly recommend going for a little shop or to create your own piece!! My piece is moonstone, labradorite & turquoise, shown under a yellow light
Great place with cool designs, but when I had trouble making my own design I was told for $5 extra I could have my own design made for me. When I then asked very politely for it made for me I was snapped at for not knowing how to do it correctly and told there was no time. The owner was pretty rude to me when I then said I wouldn’t buy the other designs for $75 as opposed to the planned $30 which I would’ve spent on my own design.
Indivi Jewel is a gem of a store! Owner Aya has incredible taste—the jewelry here has real soul, with a stunning variety of colors, styles, and designs to suit everyone, especially those who love organic, earthy, and zen-inspired pieces. Tessa is doing an amazing job with customer service, and the way the products are presented is a work of art in itself. The display cabinet alone is worth admiring! I picked up a chain for my homemade piece, and it’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend—thank you!
