I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided by this company. When you entrust a provider with the care of mentally disabled individuals, you expect compassion, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this company consistently fell short in all of those areas. There was a noticeable lack of communication, organization, and follow-through.
