Waited for two months only to be told they won’t serve us even as a private pay client because we have Medicaid. Now we have to start waiting all over again. Our child needs help, this prolongs our ability to get him help. I am very angry about this.

We were super disappointed in this experience. We were referred to them and I left a message and never received a return phone call, had to call back a week later to schedule an appointment. When we had the consultation Dr. Katen didn't introduce herself or ask us our names and stumbled upon recognizing the patient, the environment isn't welcoming and very cold. The consultation was 15 minutes late and we had to pay for a 90 minute consultation but yet we didn't receive a 90 minute consultation, which could of been easily ov... read more

The level of reassurance and validation I received as a momma was absolutely astounding. After a thorough consultation and evaluation we gained a blueprint to help us navigate my daughter’s uniqueness. We received a diagnosis, as well as strengths, weaknesses and unique learning styles. Based on her test results we are now able to set appropriate expectations and goals that she can accomplish. We are forever grateful to have gone through this process, 10/10 would recommend.
