Our son started his therapy with Kathleen after recommending seeking social worker's help for social anxiety. She not only help our son with his anxiety, but also prepared him for Kindergarten and helped to improve tremendously his attention span.
We have been so happy at Individual & Family Connection. Morgan immediately connected with our child. He loves visiting her weekly and looks forward to his sessions with her. Morgan has been so helpful working with us (parents) and our child to meet family and personal goals. We have seen our child thrive in her care. We feel comfortable recommending IFC to others and professionally I have also recommended them.
Our family has been with IFC since March 2024 (daughter 8yo; son 5yo). We’ve worked with Ruth Mills and Marlie Burns (Therapy Intern). Our kids have improved significantly. They willingly and happily attend their sessions. Parent sessions are super easy to schedule via TheraNest and can be in person or virtual which is very convenient for busy families. Lauren is an exceptional therapist. She has created an excellent rapport with parents and kid alike! She is whip smart, super flexible with scheduling, and most importantly has created a safe haven for emotional processing. So grateful for Lauren!
Morgan is a great therapist, she listens and doesn’t make me talk if I feel uncomfortable.
