All we wanted was a 18 pc mild and a fish sandwich for a late night meal! 😡 These fools can't get the order right, even though we repeated it 3 times, they tried to charge us an extra $3 for something we didn't even order, and THEN had the nerve to only give us 16 of our wings! Yes, I counted them because my spidey senses told me something shady was going on. 🙄 Yes, I went back to get my 2 pieces of chicken AND asked for the manager. NONE of those fools apologized. Best spicy chicken on the planet! All the sides are great too. Love the corn on the cob and wedges. I always come to the Fern Valley location because in my opinion it’s the best one. The staff are always nice and quick when getting orders out. They deserve a raise!
Food is great but service is mediocre. Almost everyone that works there has an attitude problem and are not helpful at all. It doesn't matter if it's inside or drive thru. Today I went through the drive thru and had a horrible employee named Chaunae according to the receipt I had to ask for. Not only that I ordered unsweet tea and after paying and asking for sweetener she rudely informs me that they're out. I think it was more she was too lazy and didn't want to walk to get any.
