went to this doctor because i had a positive tilt table test and have been having tachycardia + a bunch of other symptoms. as soon as he walked in the door, he said you don’t have pots. and I kept asking him what I had if it wasn’t pots and he wouldn’t give me an answer. he said my reaction to the tilt test was completely normal and there was nothing wrong with me. I went to a different cardiologist who diagnosed me with pots. I was so upset that my heart was racing and I was shaking. I felt incredibly dismissed and gaslit. ... read more
Dr. Lyer is such a kind, friendly, knowledgeable doctor. His assistant Jessica is just as wonderful. We went to the Akron location by accident when we should have been at the Kent location. So we called that we would be late and they were wonderful about it. Even with being late we had less that a 1 minute wait. We checked in and went to sit down but before we could sit they were calling us in to the appointment. Great people here.
