They are very inconsistent with their staff. I have been going to this salon for a few years now, but recently have not been able to build a trusting relationship with anyone there due to high turn over.
Gaetano cut 12 inches when it was made clear it was supposed to be 8 inches!! Totally unacceptable! 5 phone calls to this place and the manager is always unavailable to talk. Indira refused to take responsibility for this mistake. Indira refused to issue a refund. Indira refused to apologize for this incident. Do not get your hair cut here, especially from Gaetano.
Fantastic men’s Hair Cut !
Lisa gave me a wonderful facial but I’m very disappointed that it ended 20 minutes early. I paid for a 90 minute service and it lasted less than 70 minutes from start to finish. I don’t think it’s fair to have me pay for 90 minutes when it as only 70. Again, Lisa was wonderful, but the front desk should have given me some sort of credit/refund for the forgotten time.
