Dr. Winn is my primary care provider at this clinic. He’s always gone out of his way to listen to my concerns and needs, while offering his medical expertise through treatment options and discussing important health information. My husband and I are both his patients, and the receptionists always hook us up by allowing us to be seen back to back, saving us wait times. The MAs are great too. Dr. Winn is hands down the best primary care I’ve ever had. He has helped and has worked wonders for me and my husband. If you are dependent on Medi-Cal/Medicaid, this is a great choice.
