If you could put no stars I would. You can't get anyone on the phone. I got correspondence from City of Indio in Sacramento requesting information. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam so I tried repeatedly to contact the local office, but nobody ever answers the phone. This is the type of thing that you have to go in person. This office needs a serious revamping!
This company is a joke and Savannah Cotton the supervisor is unprofessional and should be fired. She clearly doesn’t know how to listen and can’t comprehend simple things. They refuse to listen or look at your insurance information. I never want to deal with the ambulance company again not because of the paramedics but because of the ignorance of the billing company handling these claims.
