We, DapperTails Mobile Dog Grooming, had a fantastic experience partnering with Indigo at Winter Park during a recent pet-friendly community event. Natasha and Shareem were so friendly, organized, and a real pleasure to work with. The residents were wonderful, and it was great to meet so many pet owners in the community. Do NOT move to Indigo Winter Park by McKinley. This has been the most shocking and unsafe rental experience I’ve ever had. We were forced to leave our home due to animal activity inside the walls, and management still insisted on a 60‑day notice plus two additional months of rent to leave early. Florida law requires rent abatement for uninhabitable conditions, yet they never acknowledged this and continued demanding full payment while we were displaced.
