Hermoso, super acogedor limpio
This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at!! I have lived at Indigo Winter Park, and unfortunately, it has been the worst apartment complex I have ever experienced. From the outside, the property is kept up reasonably well, but the condition and maintenance of the actual apartments are a completely different story. My apartment flooded TWICE because of an upstairs toilet that was not properly maintained. Absolutely the worst customer service,I hav ever experienced. The staff laughed at my request for air-conditioning, being broken for 2 days. Terrible staff
Do NOT move to Indigo Winter Park by McKinley. This has been the most shocking and unsafe rental experience I’ve ever had. We were forced to leave our home due to animal activity inside the walls, and management still insisted on a 60‑day notice plus two additional months of rent to leave early. Florida law requires rent abatement for uninhabitable conditions, yet they never acknowledged this and continued demanding full payment while we were displaced.
