I’ve had massages for years, and Logan is one of the best. Super knowledgeable of the body and offers explanations of what he’s doing as you progress. Owner Zohra really delivers in the Group Restructure and Alignment Yoga class. Once again, explaining the nuances of stretches and poses goes a long way in making the session effective and enjoyable.
With a limited experience I am impressed at how welcoming this center is. I have experienced other wellness centers here in Salem and the first impression at Indigo has been far and above others. I am looking forward to experiencing more.
Adriana is the best, she always asks the right questions and knows exactly how to treat problem areas. I highly recommend Indigo!
