I live at this place for about 2 weeks now the office managers was very polite Nicholas we love them the lady in the office she was very helpful with all the paperwork she went out of her way more than she had to I would recommend this place to anybody they are wonderful people and will help you and very kind God bless them for their work they have helped others and they helped us get a wonderful place me and my son Darlene and Jimmy thank you so much
I live here for one month it's a nice place it's really quiet and the manager are really nice they work with me I have not had no problem here it's a better place than the place I lift the only thing I can say about this place it does have a lot of traffic going in and out but it doesn't bother me
I moved in about a month after the property opened as an "apartment complex". They had a revolving door with office managers. When I first rented they promised inside security. The first couple weeks there was, however the last two years the security sits in their cars off site on their phones. One dumpster that over flows. No parking. The laundry rooms are nasty. A terrible place to live. All four of my car tires were slashed, and the management didn’t even try to help. The security is absolutely useless: even though there are gates and access codes, they provide no protection. The gates were left wide open all night for weeks. When I asked the management why this was happening, they simply ignored me. No help, no answers.
