Don’t even bother. The “office” is not open most the time. The office manager who gave me a showing looked like she rolled out of bed and wasn’t there on time. This place is a joke. My gosh. Save your time and money.
Lora is honest. True to her word. Anyone who knows or works with her will see right away that she values honesty and integrity.
They'll move you in at decent price and then raise the monthly rent up $180 bucks more. Don't worry tho, they will offer to help you "ease into the transition" and apologize for your frustration. Meanwhile, the quality of management keeps declining and so does the quality of living around here. Surveillance is a joke or whatever is even less ridiculous. I'll keep you posted on whether or not I get my deposit back when I move.
This place becomes more and more of a joke as time goes on. On the 3rd or 4th management company and this manager is the worst yet. Not sure what the problem is, but the office is supposed to be open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and I have yet to see that happen in the entire time I have lived here. It took me five times of showing up on different days and times to the office to pay my rent before I finally got to. And it's only the second time I have seen a manager on site in over a week. So horrible do not move here! Management is so poor, no way of contacting them. I’m legally breaking my lease due to a stalking situation that isn’t being following through on the apartments end because everything is a money grab for them & they are not knowledgeable on Washington state laws.
