I currently live in one of the units at Indigo Springs, and unfortunately, my family and I are having the worst living experience we’ve ever had in Washington state. There is a severe lack of care toward the residents and the overall condition of the property. We’ve experienced ongoing issues with maintenance and security, including property invasions and difficulty resolving problems. I have lived here a few years and I seen alot of changes, good and bad. The new team here now is the reason I renewed again. I want to live somewhere they care and appreciate the people. I will do my part and keep my trash picked up, clean up after my dog, if I see something Ill say something. Everyone else should too. Why wouldn’t we want a great place to live? I know this team will get us there.
I just moved in, I really appreciate all the help the ladies in the office gave me and they made me feel so welcome! I love my apartment and I've already met a couple of my new neighbors. This area is so nice, with Safeway a block away.
