DO NOT SIGN WITH INDIGO ROW. They take advantage of college students. When we moved in, the carpets were extremely dirty. We complained and they said they would clean it but only if we moved all of our large furniture out of the apartment (after we had just moved in). We declined, and they offered us a discount on our rent that month in lieu of the carpet cleaning.
