I moved in two months ago. Cockroaches on day 1 of move in. There was a pile of puke outside my front door on day 1 as well. I had to call the office and get them to clean it up so that I wouldn't step in it while moving my furniture in. I vacuumed on the day I got the keys and there was enough dirt from the carpet to fill a coffee can. Piles of rotting garbage. Rat droppings everywhere. Called the office because our thermostat for our air conditioner had stopped working. Maintenance was there within the hour, and it was fixed. The man was friendly and professional. Thanks.
