I moved in two months ago. Cockroaches on day 1 of move in. There was a pile of puke outside my front door on day 1 as well. I had to call the office and get them to clean it up so that I wouldn't step in it while moving my furniture in. I vacuumed on the day I got the keys and there was enough dirt from the carpet to fill a coffee can. Piles of rotting garbage. Rat droppings everywhere.
