don’t move here!! This place left me without heat during the winter. Issues with water. No hot water at times. Water during shower will fluctuate, so you will get cold water then hot water will burn you. Have to call city codes multiple times. Place was never cleaned when I moved in. Utilities are shared and with all the problems you will pay a lot for utilities. Gates never work so don’t feel like you will be in a secure area. Worst apartments ever. Water has been shut off 42 times now I have the emails, and when I try to get in touch with them the office gives an email that never replies, and they tell me that it hasn't been shut off that much so I forward all the emails to them and no reply.
Don't even bother with this place. Move into this apartment AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Management sucks at actually managing the property and will charge you exorbitant move-out fees. This place is not worth the trouble or the crazy high rent. -Water is shut off at least once a week -Property is not secure despite it being gated -Laundry facilities are often unusable -Maintenance takes forever because there's only one person to service 150+ units -A fire occurred because of an HVAC unit and other HVAC units have the same issue -The... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unit dirty, unprofessional staff, maintenance team never shows, no security, broken front gate.
Ehhh This apartment is just okay. The water is constantly having to be turned off to fix broken pipes. There are times where you are without hot water as something else is broken and it can last anywhere from 1-7days. Our AC is iffy. Some days it work and some days it doesn't. Most of the time it doesn't. I have tried using the fitness center after work, and it has been locked. I called to ask why and they stated that they center is only open during office hours. Unfortunate Seems like they’ve stopped caring. Would rather look for things to charge you with, nosy and stuck up staff. However the maintenance guys are delightful. Overall, I feel it’s the staff in office that’s let this place become stagnant and unpleasant. It’s a shame that after several years it’s come to this. I won’t miss this place, I miss what it used to be.
Outrageous Utilities Costs This place promises reasonable rent the gouges you with outrageous utilities costs. I pay roughly $400 a month for a family of three. The apartments themselves are dated and have issues. The apartments are constantly having to shut the water down to fix broken water lines and in the last three months my air conditioning has not worked more than it has worked. Not to mention you have to relight the pilot every time you want to cook.
Very nice apartment! I like this apartment! I moved here last year and I just signed a lease for another year. I live in a two bedroom/1 bath apartment. The living room is great! It is a good sized rectangle and a perfect wall for my 5 big bookcases!! The kitchen has a breakfast bar that make the kitchen open to the living room. I love that!
