I would not recommend Indigo Mortgage to anyone. This was the worst experience we've ever had with a mortgage company. We gave them all of our information, were completely upfront about what we want and need. The loan officer told us we were approved for their 1% down program. Then a couple of days later she calls and tells us, her mistake she forgot we already owned a home and we wouldn't qualify for it, but we would qualify for 3% down.
