Not impressed!!! And don't expect to receive a reminder phone call, they will not call or text you for the life of it.
Disappointing – First off, I do have to say that the staff I worked with were all really nice. The girl that did my hair removal all 7 times was very friendly and easy to work with. That being said, the lazer hair removal process did not work :( I paid $750 for my bikini area, and it looks like NOTHING has been done. I am really upset that I had to pay that much money for no difference. If I want to go back for more treatments, I have to pay more money. VERY disappointing.
Dr. PreFontaine at Indigo MedSpa – I have to say that Dr. PreFontaine is the best Dr. for BOTOX in Grand Rapids. I had gone to another facility because they offered me a coupon, but I was so unhappy with my results that I had to go back to Dr. PreFontaine at Indigo, and will continue to stick with him from here on out! Great overall experience and results! – I am 37 yrs. old, and the past few years I have noticed my skin changing. I started to get age spots and freckles that I never had.
