Our experience has been extremely frustrating due to repeated payment promises that were not honored. There were multiple delays, changing timelines, and communication challenges throughout the process. We also experienced difficulties because work and communication appeared to be handled through third parties rather than directly, which created additional confusion and delays. Reliability, clear communication, and honoring commitments are essential, and unfortunately that was not our experience.

what a lovely experience ordering from Indigo Hues Designs. Lorrie was so kind and helpful and took the time to understand my taste and preference. The end result was a beautiful, eye pleasing arrangement with just enough class to be appreciated by all yet modern and clean in design.

Lorrie from Indigo Hues was the first florist that I called. I was in need of florals to elevate some of my company's events for ABFF and from the first point of contact to the final delivery of florals, Lorrie was nothing short of amazing. Very kind, thoughtful, professional and so much more. She provided the florals for 3 events during ABFF and people raved about how beautiful her arrangements were. I will definitely be looking for opportunities to work with Lorrie from Indigo Hues again whether that's in Miami or anywhere... read more
