Main Receptionist is very rude as I had similar bad experiences as what everyone else said here. They were trying to quickly hang up on me and was very rude when I asked them questions. I suggest anyone to look for different ent places as this one just tries to rush you.

Just saw Dr Mah in his office. I was very nervous and stressed because I was worried I might have throat cancer but he checked me with the scope and asked the right questions and gave me good news that it looks more like GERD. Gave me some useful tips to use Gaviscon at night and suggested to see a gastro doctor. I came in full anxiety and left relieved and glad that he checked me and didn't just assume. Saw Dr. Gooi in 2023 when my son was 3 years old. We were scheduled to have the camera to look at the size of his adenoids. At first he checked out his tonsils and said they looked good. I had to ask him about the camera, he said "we can look if you want too." I was surprised as this is what we were booked in for. After checking out his adenoids he said they were enlarged.
