Saw Dr. Gooi in 2023 when my son was 3 years old. We were scheduled to have the camera to look at the size of his adenoids. At first he checked out his tonsils and said they looked good. I had to ask him about the camera, he said "we can look if you want too." I was surprised as this is what we were booked in for. After checking out his adenoids he said they were enlarged. I had to come for an appointment at this office about a week ago or so that I did wait 6 months for. The front staff Stacy and Lynn were both lovely and polite. Dr. Mah is very informed and I have confidence again that i will start to feel better!
Staff were very nice, Dr Mah was very nice, very gentle and patient at explaining things
This receptionist is extremely rude and clearly not suited for this job. It makes me question the company that hired them.
