Ive spoken to this receptionist at least three times now and every time she is so rude! The first time I thought “oh she could be having a bad day” but no, she just speaks to you extremely entitled and disrespectfully. If she’s going to go around ruining people’s days then she shouldn’t be a receptionist. With this many bad reviews about her, I am not sure why she still works there.
This is not my own experience but is for an elderly friend that had a visit with Dr. Stanley Mah 2025. Her family doctor requested a throat & nose check for issues with sinus & an agrivating cough. He quickly checked the nose and refused to look in her throat regarding the cough. He was very condescending with her and was more interested in her prior canceled appointments as far back as 10 years. Saved my life dr mah the best maybe seems stoic still the best
I understand clinics can be busy, but this visit felt extremely rushed. Dr. Gooi was with us for 2 minutes and didn’t give space for our questions. He didn't listen to our concerns. I left feeling unheard. Not the level of care I expected.
