You are just a number and rude front staff.
Just called the office with a few inquiries. Receptionist was robotic and simply repeated the same information over and over without even letting me ask my question. When I politely called her out for being rude, she claimed I was yelling at her and hung up the phone. She clearly hates her job. I can see why the office has such a low rating.
Dr Mah performed a turbinate procedure to perfection. I couldn't breathe well when I had seasonal allergies since I can remember. For the first time ever I can breathe normally and freely. I stopped snoring as well thanks to him. God bless.
Appointmen booked with a year long wait for a mandatory TELEPHONE appointment. Why would anyone want/need to talk to an ENT over the phone...? Cancelled and asked my doc to refer me elsewhere. Got an appointment 2 months from now.
