Very amiable and prompt to respond, but that is were the customer service ends. Indigo designed our septic system, but were very afraid to ensure that the installer Arness adhered to the design. They did not want to "rock the boat". We are not engineers but were asked to make engineering decisions when Arness installed the wrong equipment. They said we could decide to let the pump stay.
