A boy named Raysean Harley does smartphone, iPhone, and cellphone repairs on the inside of this barbershop. He also claims to "sell" phones. I paid him $430.95 using the app "Popmoney" to purchase an iPhone 5S. After receiving the payment he completely shut down all contact with me and scammed me out of my money and an iPhone 5S.
