Have been here less than 60 days have gotten no response at all for maintence request. My car window was broken out and the ignition was torn apart. And now my car and another car was hit by a drunk driver who did not stop. False advertisement. Oh and I have to pay to park here.
This place sucks. The hot tub never works, they don't do anything about rude neighbors, the gym is always smelly and dirty, they won't fix your heat until you send HHS after them, I could go on. When I moved in I went to pay my first month's rent, and the lady said I didn't owe anything and the move-in check covered it. Called me back after I put $1000 on my credit cards and said, "Oops, actually we need that 2 grand right now." Expect shennannigans from this place. You could do worse but you could do alot better.
No problem getting my garbage disposal fixed and very thankful it was done right away.
