I have lived here since 2018 and never had any issues with this property until recently. The new management and maintenance is terrible. They lack communication and leadership. I am having to wait weeks on end for anything to get fixed, or to even get a call back. It’s ridiculous and disappointing. I will be leaving soon as my lease is up.

Living here has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. The office staff is consistently unprofessional and unkind in their communication, often sending curt or dismissive emails to residents. Maintenance requests are ignored or falsely marked as “resident not home” even when we were home all day, and important repairs—like our bent stove from move-in—were never completed.
