The fees this place tacks on to everything is downright asinine. Something on your porch other than furniture? FEE. Parking? Fee. Required media package whether you use it or not....fee.Late on rent? Fee oh and another fee on top of that fee. Literally. Also go around the parking lot looking for expired tags to capitalize off of but let some vehicles sit without moving for a year plus. If you don’t like picking up your dog’s poop, would rather throw your trash on the ground than the dumpster literally right next to it, and store extra vehicles… this is the place for you! Management does little to nothing to actually keep anything clean. But I’m sure the gas stays filled in their golf carts! Looks like a fun job!
