After 10 months still no reimbursement of $1900.00 from management of Indigo Bloom! We’ve been more than patient! Cannot recommend doing business with Indigo Bloom!
Purchased outside polywood set of 6’ high table and four chairs. This was January 23rd, 2024. Required to pay in full upfront, as manufacturer reportedly required full payment to make a special order. Told 4-6 weeks delivery. After six weeks began follow-up on expected delivery date. Various excuses given attributed to manufacturer. As of April 18, story changed when learned the furniture was in a warehouse in Hickory NC awaiting a full truck load to bring to him.
