I was a client a for a year, then one day they decided to cancel my appointment without my knowledge. When I confronted one of the owners, she informed me that they had a new text message reminder policy. The just is they are treating all of their clients as if they are “no call/no show” clients and if you do not respond they will give your appointment away. Today was my first visit and it was a great experience! Beautiful office! Suzanne was very informative, professional, and easy to talk to. I will definitely return and look forward to learning more about their menu of services! ☺️
