Current resident. Lived here since 2023 and had a pretty great experience living here until recently when I’ve had my car broken into twice already this year outside my building. It doesn’t seem like management wants to take additional steps to up security and try to prevent it from happening further. Instead just letting the police handle it.

I really love this apartment. I moved into Indigo with my cat in 2024, and we had such a good time here until she passed away and I left for phd in CA. She loved the sunshine, the quiet environment, and especially the little forest out back. I like open the door, so I could often see beautiful sunset, and a lot of my memories with her are from those quiet moments. i lived here for 4 years and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. staff is nice but the appliances are super outdated (from the 90s and doesn’t come with a microwave) and constantly was having mold issues. maintenance never fixes anything they only put a band-aid on it. very much “wd40 fixes it all” type of landlords. was very disappointed with the treatment with the maintenance issues as well. and are also trying to charge me close to 200$ for a blind replacement for move out when i’ve been there for 4 years and blinds are basi... read more

Update 8/2026: wasn't impressed with the lack of information that was provided to me. The meeting with the assistant manager focused too much on the negative and overall was very insensitive. The maintenance team however, gets 5 stars per usual. Update 12/2025: Been here a few years now. The management and maintenance team are great. They are all responsive and have addressed all of the questions and concerns promptly. They have cute events for the residents which I like. Do not rent here whatsoever. I moved out over a month ago and received a refund check from this complex. I went to deposit the check and it bounced. This complex has refused to even admit it was their fault. Even when my bank confirmed it was nothing on my part. So shady.
