Came here to visit a friend. I got harassed by one tenant and tailed inside the complex by another (??). Not to mention all the sketchy people seemingly everywhere, it makes me wonder how they're screened into this place. Aside from that, the staff member that I spoke to had an insanely condescending and uninterested tone when I went to the front to ask a question. If they treat prospective clients that badly, I don't want to know what they'd do if I was already living here.
Moved out of a townhouse not long ago, did not have my deposit fully refunded. I have OCD-level paranoia when it comes to how clean and livable my space is, yet I was billed for “minor” repairs. The behavior checks out, considering I regularly received emails threatening for valet trash fines for simply leaving bins outside. This place is nothing short of a money grab. Some people just don’t seem to be aware of the sly attempts businesses continuously make to squeeze out every penny they can.
Rude property manager. They don’t respond to you because they are “ busy” when you have questions and need assistance but blame you for maybe “ not letting the phone ring enough? What about this email I sent to Avery asking for help ? Y’all still never got back to me. Then tell me pretty much “ you don’t have to apply here” and “ it’s super easy for you to do another application. It should have never been canceled to begin with! Lived in a 2br townhouse for 5 years and recently moved out. Here are the cons and pros of this community Cons 1-Dora the property manager. She just sees residents as an ATM machine. When we have an argument about a construction issue in my unit she literally told me " IF A PROBLEM WITH YOUR UNIT DISTURBES YOU BUT IT DOESNT HARM OUR PROPERTY, WE CANT SPEND MONEY TO FIX IT" Meaning we dont care you are happy or disturbed, you are just an ATM machine that pays rent every month.
