This place was my Doctor's office for five years until they blocked my number and left me without a primary care provider. Originally I was accepted to this clinic because I could not find anyone for gender affirming healthcare in the lower mainland. All the endocrinologists were booked up for years. I was taken in by a lovely trans nurse practitioner here, but shortly after the administration asked me to find another provider as I do not identify as indigenous. Horrific abuse and neglect of disabled patients. The M.O.A.s have 0 clue how to do their job, are rude and unprofessional. Voicemails, faxes, medication refills, referrals ETC. will be lost. Nothing is their fault and they will aggressively gaslight and threaten you. Protect your indigenous and disabled family members and avoid this clinic. It is better to be without a dr. Good luck! To the drs you've all been blocked don't contact me again.

I’d give 5 starts to the doctors office but when it comes to the housing / reaching homes. Brandon sucks. He doesn’t help clients, he doesn’t really communicate at all! He says he’ll do all these things and is kind when there a concern but no acknowledge of how it impact the clients negatively or trying to fix it. Doesn’t think of the clients and their needs. He doesn’t care, doesn’t really work and is extremely hard to get ahold of or get anything properly done
