Warning!! Do not move here!! They literally break into cars every night and security is a joke. I got locked out of my apartment and it’s now $175 fee because they say people are taking advantage of being locked out! Place is a scam
Google need to give an option for 0 star cuz that’s what I want to give this apartment. First of all my application was never worked on because they changed management so it’s week 5 now and these ppl have my $463 application fee and I still don’t have anywhere to live and my move date was 3 weeks ago. I just want my full refund. The apartment is very scary at night I come here to visit not friend and I was thanking God that I am not going with this place anymore . If you are a female like myself I wouldn’t recommend.
Looks like something happened to my previous review, because I would not give this place 3 stars, so changing it back to a one star review. Indie Deep Ellum was previously known as Novel Deep Ellum. As I was moving out, Novel violated the terms of my lease & had the apartment cleaned out before the lease expired, resulting in the loss of many personal & sentimental items.
