I can’t recommend Lisa at Indie Acupuncture enough. After being unable to play my favorite sport—tennis—for months because of an irritated ECU tendon in my wrist, she was able to help mend the issue in just a few visits. Now my wrist feels 100% again. My first visit with Lisa at Indie was incredible. Her office is spotless, calm, and immediately relaxing. She took the time to really listen and go through everything with me and I felt genuinely seen and understood. She’s thorough, intuitive, and explains things clearly. The session included acupuncture, cupping, a quick but welcome neck and shoulder massage, a sound bowl over my heart chakra and a muscle test to choose the right herbs. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable. I have a ruptured disc that at times caused extreme (10 of 10)pain in my quad. After only a couple of sessions I am pain free! I highly recommend her!
