I live at 676 Riverview Drive and I honestly regret moving here. The place has a big cockroach problem and nothing really gets done about it. Packages get stolen all the time because they’re left at the building entrance with no security. The apartments are old and badly kept. In the summer it feels like an oven and in the winter it’s freezing. The paint peels, things break, and it just feels neglected. Management is hard to reach and rarely responds when you need help. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
From nov 2022 to July 2023 I was living in 676 riverview dr . It was very bad for me because they had to many cockroaches 🪳 to a point you can't even imagine.
I had an apartment with them in the Clintonville area for about 1.5 year and from the beginning they were professional, easy to communicate with, and reliable. There is a sense of integrity. Move in and move out were simple. Tenant friendly leases. I still recommend them to anyone that is looking for an affordable apartment without having to deal with a slumlord.
WE have been waiting years for online payments but there is NO way I am paying 9.99 EVERY MONTH.
Landscaping ran over a rat last year and it stayed on the walkway for two weeks You'll pass a condom or two on the way to the door "home" We legit had a meth lab on the first floor and it took Jessie a year to evict her. We then had the issue of users trying to break into the building. A lot After 9 years, this mf filed for eviction instead of growing a pair and making a phone call. That stays on your record for 7 years. Good luck if you have to rent with them, but honestly, just don't!!
