This is my third time coming to renew my driver's license. I was told to bring my divorce papers from 35 years ago and I just sat in there for another hour to be told that I also need to have my marriage certificate showing my maiden name. Can this place please get it together and stop telling people different things every single time they come in. Absolute worst customer service ever!!!!
Typical day in a license branch, rude unprofessional workers whose obviously UNDER PAID by their ATTITUDES! Customer service is DEAD!🪦💪🏽‼️💯🎯😡 I'd rather DRIVE all way to KEYSTONE meadows n gt better results!! In that area you'd think they would be the RUDE ONES!!! Smh

I had to go back 3 times due to needing various paperwork, but each time, the employee was incredibly helpful and thorough with explanations. Truly the best DMV experience I’ve ever had
