They closed down without telling any patients. Many have prepaid for services and were not issued refunds including me.
The treatments they offered had no results. I commend them for their efforts, but after treatments that were painful and beyond embarrassing, nothing. One series had to be repeated because of an incompetent technician (their admission). While a guarantee of a refund is promised, after writing letters and making phone calls (even to the Louisville Clinic), no one would even talk to me. I would recommended talking to a urologist.
This placed used to be great. Now it’s a complete joke. My medication hasn’t come on time in months and with testosterone, this is important. For example, my latest RX was scheduled for delivery on 1/14. Today is 1/19 and it’s yet to be shipped! Awful
