Great staff! Helped with the insurance process - took great care of us!
I have only been in for an evaluation which was very positive and I'm certain the procedure will be successful if I decide to do it. My reason for giving 3 stars was because of the "receptionist". There was no greeting, in fact, she never even looked away from her computer screen. Clearly, she knew I was there because I said hello and she said nothing. I absolutely recommend Dr. Shao at Indiana Vein Specialists. He and all staff I have encountered over the last few months have been fantastic. Everyone takes the time to make sure you understand procedures, recovery, etc. They take the time to answer all of my questions. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming, kind, and relaxed. I did not know what to expect, but Dr. Shao and his team made my appointments, dare I say, almost enjoyable. I appreciate them all. This has been a very positive experience.
