We've been going here for YEARS. And have never had a single issue until today. My boyfriend went and purchased an item from them, and then went to return it because the product had a burnt coil we noticed before we got home so we went to go and return it. And then they charged THE FULL PRICE of the product when he had a discount, So the owner came in and started yelling at my boyfriend for nothing. I LOVE IVL. i don’t know why people hate on Ash so much, she’s blunt. get over it. i’d rather give my business to someone real than someone that’s going to sugarcoat the situation. Been a customer for years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
