We've been going here for YEARS. And have never had a single issue until today. My boyfriend went and purchased an item from them, and then went to return it because the product had a burnt coil we noticed before we got home so we went to go and return it. And then they charged THE FULL PRICE of the product when he had a discount, So the owner came in and started yelling at my boyfriend for nothing. I LOVE IVL. i don’t know why people hate on Ash so much, she’s blunt. get over it. i’d rather give my business to someone real than someone that’s going to sugarcoat the situation. Been a customer for years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
Indiana Vapor Labs was the only small business that stuck up for domestic violence victims. They took money from their own personal tips to purchase hotel rooms for people who were without a shelter. The owner sat in the prosecutors office with victims who were too scared to confront the city alone. The owner, supported so many through the last few years and deserves nothing but love and support from their home town!
Great place!!! Tons of selections. Everything from mods to juice to delta 8 and 9 products. 10/10 recommend.
Bought a package of gummies that were open and one missing. Addressed it with the owner but was ignored. Staff is stealing and they don't care. Don't buy here. You won't get what you pay for.
