I first became a IVL customer at the Scottsburg location in 2022. Ashley and Joe both were super nice and very helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions. And they educated me on using a Delta Vape no matter if it was in store or over the phone. They quickly put me at ease and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchases. They always have a great variety of selections with tons of ur fav flavors! Super friendly atmosphere, you always feel the love when you walk in to Ash’s smiling face and all the others! Super clean and always an over all great experience. 10/10 recommend
