It was great being able to be seen at a care station rather than going to the ER. I just wish the care station was open on the weekends in monticello. But other than that, I was in and out in under an hour, and the nurse and the nurse practitioner were wonderful in treating my medical needs. I would definitely go back.
Super fast service, extremely welcoming and competent staff
They answers all my questions Except when I go to Urgent Care, and only spend 5 minutes with you. In that case I would only write you a five. When I went there on Sunday I should have asked about therapy too. Not just the wearing the boot. Because of my disability of a hard time understanding what they're saying sometimes. That's why I usually have my mom with me. But I should have told him that. Because I have an invisible disability.
I got right in to the urgent care. I felt the staff was caring and professional. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Patel during my service for his presence, attention, and thoroughness.
