My son developed breathing difficulties on Labor Day. This was one of or maybe the only urgent care open. It was packed. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in but as soon as they heard he had breathing problems they immediate got him back to a room, checked his oxygen (which was low), and promptly started breathing treatments. All the staff were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and prompt. We had to be transported to the ER.
