You may have to call back a few times to get someone that can assist over the phone regarding appointments. I asked to be transfered she stated that she could not transfer me. I highly recommend this office. I saw Dr Ramsey he was kind professional and personal. He spent plenty of time with me answering my numerous questions. I never felt rushed throughout the visit. From the time I walked into the office until the time I left each person I encountered was kind and helpful.
