First of all, its 2019 and these are the only guys that schedule quotes online, so they would have received at least 3 stars right off the bat. I was skeptical at first, but Robert was at my house at the exact time I picked. His quote was very fair, and even offered some advice to help keep our other trees alive. He was willing to remove it the next day, but life happens and 4 weeks later I called them to get the removal scheduled.
