If you want to be treated with respect and compassion, do not go here. A particular front office staff member is the rudest person I have encountered in the IRMC group. I would rather drive 100 miles or continue to walk in pain than ever deal with that woman again. If she hates her job so much, stop taking it out on clients and find another job.
Never go here the only good thing was the therapist is very nice and knows what she is doing. Everyone else there are about ignorant. If your in a car accident and don't have private insurance they make you pay cash and tell you you will be reimbursed the money when they are paid. This is a flat out lie!!!
