The entire surgical experiance was 5 star. Dr Welsch did an amazing job. Nurse Karen was one of the best if not the best nurse I have had the pleasure of being attended to by. Both the OR nurses, Elizabeth and Traci, were outstanding as well. They kept me relaxed and calm during the surgery. That was very welcomed, as I chose to do only local anestesia. From the front office staff all the way to discharge time. The staff took such good care of my mother, they listened all needs. Valerie was our nurse she was absolutely the sweetest person EVER ! We love them ! Thank you for everything!
Where to start? From arrival at the center to the end of the procedure, the experience couldn't have been better. I was comfortable and at ease throughout. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Dr Golian was thorough and answered all my questions in easy to understand terms. Never thought I'd give a medical facility or a doctor a 5 star review in this day and age but these folks deserve it and the highest recommendation.
Best place in Indiana to get tubes put in your ears or your children's. The staff is very professional and very understanding of what you and your family is going through. Life changing surgery for people like me that have been dealing with ear issues for my entire life 48 years. Gives you back your quality life and does it the best way possible
Dr. Dugan and team were great! My son had ear surgery and had his adenoids taken out. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. My 6yr old son says he “loves them!”
