Excellent doctor. Does all he can to help you. Wonderful nurses that are very kind and knowledgeable
This place is by far the worst I have ever seen in the health care field. No one knows how to answer a phone, half of the staff is clueless, the doctor caused more injury to my back, he goes through practitioners quickly. I was left sitting in a room for 45 minutes while the doctor had left for lunch and dismissed it as a family emergency. I was never notified and when I walked out of the room, all of the nurses and doctor were gone. The only person left in the office was one secretary. Wonderful, friendly doctor.
They do not communicate internally. Today 06/25/22 went to pick up pain script at Walmart. The pharmacist told me it could not be filled due to a issue with a recent change of type opioid. The pharmacist said his calls do not get returned from Kahns office. He said Walmart is preparing to block all prescriptions from Kahns office due to lack of response when they call this office. He also said he has filed a complaint with whomever will deal with this. He said that another complaint will be filed on 06/27/22 to deal with thi... read more
Well its all about the money at this place. I have to chase them for days to get my meds filled. If you elect not to take the injections they treat you like they could care less. Ridiculously run! Goes through employees like water. Never answer the phone especially when they know you've got scripts that are overdue. STAY AWAY!
